WHAT WE DO....
....and a little about how we do it
At Kiely’s Dunhill, we combine decades of experience to bring you honest to goodness food, made in small batches to simple recipes. We don’t add anything artificial to our recipes and everything tastes just as it would if you made it at home yourself.
We produce food under our own Kiely’s Dunhill brand, our Little Thai Kitchen brand and also for small and medium businesses who aren’t in a position to produce for themselves. Whatever product is going on the stove or into the oven, at any given time, is given the same attention and care as the one before.
Our kitchen is in Dunhill Eco Park, Co Waterford, where inspiration is never in short supply as we are surrounded by several other food businesses, both large and small. It is in the middle of the Waterford countryside and is only a short distance from ruins of Dunhill Castle, the beautiful Anne Valley Walk and the stunning Copper Coast.

CHIA JAMS
Our super delicious Chia Jams are the new kid on the block at Kiely’s Dunhill. The range consists of…. Strawberry Chia Jam, Blueberry Chia Jam, Raspberry Chia Jam and Blackberry and Apple Chia Jam.
They are super fruity, deliciously sweet, packed full of goodness, loaded with Chia (which we believe is a Super-Seed) and have only 4 ingredients.
Above all…. They have no sugar. Yes, you read that correctly! NO SUGAR!
The sweetness comes from the natural sugars in the fruit and a very small amount of honey.
Our Chia Jams are the first product of their kind on the market in Ireland. Use them just like regular jam but you can use a lot more and not feel guilty! Pop some jam in a glass, top with Greek yoghurt and a sprinkling of granola and you have a delicious, filling and healthy breakfast. Add to meringues and fresh cream and you have a decadent dessert. Or just spread liberally on toast. The world’s your oyster!
CHUTNEY AND RELISH
The predecessor of Kiely’s Dunhill was Tastefully Yours, a business which was set up to produce traditional chutneys, relish and preserves from a small kitchen in Dunhill.
Kiely’s Dunhill are still in that kitchen but have also moved into the bigger one next door. The kitchen and names may have changed but the recipes have stayed the same.
Try our Cucumber Pickle with a simple salad plate, bring it out for a BBQ or load it on a sandwich. Top your home-cooked ham with our Red Onion Marmalade or create a simple tart by adding it to a layer of cooked pastry, topping it with Goats Cheese and flashing it under the grill.
Whatever quick meal you fancy, there’s a Kiely’s Dunhill chutney or relish to accompany it.
All Of our Chutneys and Relishes are made in large saucepans in small batches from only the best fresh and Store Cupboard ingredients. Filled by hand, they are made the way they always were – whether in your own kitchen or your Granny’s!
FOOD SERVICE RANGE
Dealing with Food Service (the catering industry by another name) is at the core of what the Kiely family have done for the last 35 years. So, it comes naturally to us!
Our Food Service Range is whatever our Food Service Customers want it to be. Quite simply, all of our products are available for Food Service in whatever volume the customer wants. It’s always made to order so you tell us how much you will need and we will make it for you. It really is that simple!
So, if it’s 1kg tubs of Cucumber Pickle for your gourmet burger restaurant, 5kg buckets of Raspberry Chia jam for your artisan yoghurt business or 2 litre bottles of BBQ sauce for your Steak and Ribs restaurant, just let us know and we can do it for you.
If there’s a product you want, that we don’t already make, just give us the recipe and we can make it for you. Simple.
DRESSINGS AND SAUCES
Every BBQ or Summer Salad table should have a spot reserved for our Kiely’s Dunhill Sweet Chilli Sauce, Boozy BBQ Sauce, Honey and Mustard Dressing and our Balsamic Dressing.
With these 4 bottles on the table, all guests will be very happy!
Still quite a small range, our Dressing and Sauces range is the next to grow and we look forward to seeing the new blends that will join them soon.
As with everything else in Kiely’s Dunhill, our dressings and sauces are produced in small batches, filled by hand and they taste as they would if you made them yourself. No funny ingredients or artificial additives.

Because of the flexibility of our kitchens and the background and experience of our team, we can produce everything from meat products and charcuterie to baked goods and desserts. We can produce at high volume or in small batches and we can follow your recipes or work with you to create new ones. We do not discuss the brands we work with.

OUR STORY SO FAR....
Kiely's Dunhill is run by Stan Kiely with his son Mícheál, daughter Mary Rose and daughter in law Cristiona.
Between them, they bring decades of experience in every aspect of the food industry. Their combined experience has taken them from Clover Meats in Waterford to the galley of a Greenpeace ship in Japan and a few unusual foodie places in between!
Now, they work together to bring artisan foods to your shop and your table. Their kitchens produce foods under the family's own brands as well as for other businesses.
As the 3rd generation of the family is starting to do a little work in the business, the family look forward to bringing good food to your table for many years to come!
